Adidas Football Advertisement

fell in love with the latest adidas football advertisement. so cool.
http://www.adidas.com/campaigns/verticalsfootball08/content/index.asp?adidas_cc=sg

for someone's sake (the one with a soundless speaker aka gwen la), i shall give a summary. haha. *me taken most sentences exactly from the ad horx.*

part 1:
the isles of scilly is the smallest football league in the world, consist of only 2 teams - something like woodpack wanderers and what galson gunners la. 16 leagues games and 2 cups. away goals dont count double because there is only 1 pitch. first game of the season is a charity show where last year's league winner will play last year's cup winner. if both is the same side, they will play the runners up. *the players are kids i guess. the most teens la*

part 2:
the coach was saying that it had been a few years since he was coaching them and it getting to the point where the players are getting better than him. so he had brought somebody in especially to get the one step further. *stevie walked in* (the players were very quiet.)

stevie: everyone alright? get ready to change?

stevie then brought them to a dressing room with all the kits ready for them. they were stunned with the scene.

stevie: find your names and get ready.

all the players were so excited. after fully dressed, they walked out to the field while stevie doing some stunts.

stevie: what we gonna do we gonna do a short training session. a bit of a warm-up. ... stretch our groins so we dont get any injuries... and then another one... hamstrings... and 1 knee... can feel it? change... ok? so everyone's warming off? lets go. come on.

stevie: what we need to do is we need to sign the usual laces *this part i dont understand la* when you come through the ball and then just use your momentum to gain your power ya? are you ready?

so he started throwing the balls at the players for them to kick to the goalpost. but the begining few cant score as it went wide.

stevie: guys listen. a big tip when you'er when you'er using the technique of volley and because it is so difficult, what i'll trying to do is to aim for the goalkeeper. and when you get the right power, it'll ususally move away and it'll be really difficult for them to save it. im trying to show you a demo now. *he scored* can you do that yea? aim at the keeper and use your laces. *what laces?* guess what?

the players started scoring and scoring.

stevie: anyone want to try the left foot?

*a plane then flew passed and landed.*
stevie: now i'll introduce you one of my teammates - voronin andriy. he plays liverpool alongside me. and he's gonna help us with our accuracy. *hell. i took some time to figure out the word 'accuracy'. he sounds like saying 'legacy'* hello andriy. ok. meet all the guys.

after shaking hands with all the players, stevie: andriy will do the first demostration and then we'll follow.

voronin started to kick the ball towards the goalpost with a safety float hanging at the top right corner. i think it rebounced instead of getting through the loop coz he 'wooooa'. then everyone started kicking, stevie tried too. it hit the top. as everyone tried, the 'woooooh' and 'wooooa' with the funny expressions kept showing.

after some time, stevie: alright guys, we gonna have a game - it's piggy-in-the-middle *i finally know what game is that.* there's 2 people in the middle and the idea is you kick the ball away from us. and whoever gives the ball away, swoop places with us and until the game goes.

halfway through, stevie: hold on guys! hold on guys! stop! *anderson jogged in.* anderson can go in the middle coz he's late. he's late. he can go in the middle.

anderson: sorry. oh. *went around shaking hands*

stevie: jar *dont know how to spell la. one of the players name* you come out. while i come in.

so the game continued till stevie: guys, i've finish. ... i'll see you later. (went off after shaking some hands, game continues)

anderson: hey stop people! go there! *pointing in one direction.

everyone then ran towards there.

*ballack climbed up from some rocks* ballack: hello, im michael from germany. *shake hands*

they then get into 2 rows for some sort of 'telematch' of dribbling the ball alternately around the 'cones'. ballack's team won ba.

dinner time:
council of the isles of scilly
no alcohol. no drinks.
no fish & chips
to be brought into the
town hall

so everyone stood outside to have the chips. stevie mumbled something to the kids *i couldnt figure out what is it. only heard one of te kids saying 'i need some salt'. the worse part was ballack came out and he talked with his mouth full. pig la. how i know what was he talking about. zzz.* everyone in that conversation started laughing.

back in the room, stevie signed on a poster. *his signature nice seh* 2 players were in the room. the taller one was saying something like 'he wants a some or rather' *eh? i dont understand*

stevie then signed on the other player's forehead. zzz.

stevie: like that? hehe.

before going to bed, he was talking with one of the players.

stevie: change in the session today?

kid: yea, it was great. thanks.

stevie: good for morning?

kid: yea.

stevie: ya, i've thought you've done really well.

kid: thanks

stevie: your sheet is really good. *cant catch the sheet part. the bed sheet is it? but he was sleeping on the sofa.*

kid: yea.

stevie: keep away nightmare?

kid: yea would it.

stevie: gimme *five*

the kid was about close the door.

stevie: eh you're sure your parents are ok with me staying over?

kid: oh ya. no problem. my friends stay it all the time so ya.

stevie: good. ok. goodnight mate.

kid: night.

he switched off the light as he closed the door.

part 3:
oh man!! i dont really understand what is beckham saying!! his words are not so distinct you see. wah. i'll continue this here tomorrow ba. now is 0243hrs already.
